Oil change and tire rotation was supposed to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Truck went in 10 minutes early, tech lost oil filler cap, had to get new from dealer. Tech seemed to work at a very casual speed, talking 1/2 hours. Truck went in 10 minutes early, tech lost oil filler cap, had to get new from dealer.
