My Salesperson (Noel) was good and I have no issue there. I do however have issues with the dealership getting with 7 banks that I didnt ask for and me getting 8 Hard Inquiries against my credit report, when I do however have issues with the dealership getting with 7 banks that I didnt ask for and me getting 8 Hard Inquiries against my credit report, when I specifically asked from the start to use SCCU as the lender and I had an almost perfect (847) credit score. Ultimately, they tried to use another bank, but when I asked the finance guy to check the rate @ SCCU, it wound up being better than the other 7 they had already tried so he had to redo it using SCCU. So, now I have (7) hard inquiries on my credit report that should not be there... Frustrating when you work so hard to keep your credit perfect, and someone else hurts it by not following the customer's request. The reason for the lower rating is between that and the 5 hours it took me to complete the transaction and get back on the road. Otherwise it may have been a 5 out of 5. More
I asked the guy that received my van about specific things to check on the van besides the "workout" change air filters and a sound at the motor was my priority for that visit. HE DID NOTHING. When I picked up the van he wasn't there, no one knows why he didn't wrote anything about my inquiries, and I'm 100% sure the tire rotation never happened since one of the tire has a specific mark on it and it was at that tire is on the same place. They let me know what was needed and that there were problems with my warranty paperwork. Unfortunately they could help with that but once that was cleared up they were quick to order parts and get them problems with my warranty paperwork.
