They took me as a walk-in. Christina checked to see if the part I needed was in stock, it wasn’t, so she told me she’d order it and would call me when it came in. She called minutes after I left and told me she personally went back to check on the part and found one on the shelf. I went back and she took my truck immediately. It took them less than an hour to repair my truck and return it to me. I’ve been a long time customer of Clermont Ford and, with service advisors like Christina, I’ll keep going back!! More
