Service specialist Diego was good. Windshield wiper arm was broken during service. Replaced at no cost, but my vehicle had to stay onsite for another day. Overall, my 2013 For Esca Windshield wiper arm was broken during service. Replaced at no cost, but my vehicle had to stay onsite for another day. Overall, my 2013 For Escape should be classified a lemon since I’ve had to spend nearly $10,000 in repairs over the years. Too many issues with hoses, leaks, engine parts, etc. it’s hard to even think about purchasing another Ford vehicle. More

Will the sales manager was professional and helpful after being thrown into a challenging situation. Now the bad. Aaron the finance guy. From the very beginning of the finance process, he made thing more difficult and time consuming. Afterwards there was an issue with a portion of my finances that was met with condescension, unprofessionalism, gaslighting. He left me feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed and that I was just another sale for him to push through the system. Because of my experience with him I would find it hard to recommend this dealership. More
