My biggest concern with the service was the fact that I was not given an opportunity to sign off on the battery replacement cost prior to the battery being replaced. I just want to share, I have had more than my share of issues with service at Ford Of Clermont. But today in for a simple tire rotation. While there, they did a free full inspection of my car. This inc issues with service at Ford Of Clermont. But today in for a simple tire rotation. While there, they did a free full inspection of my car. This includes battery check and top off of fluids, tire treads and pressure check, filters checked and a wash. When completed I received a full video of the service sent to my phone. It was a very nice trip thank you Ford of Clermont for upping your game. More

My service visit coulda been better. It took 2 times to get service finished. I asked especially for water refill for the window washer. I didn’t look under the hood, but when I got in t It took 2 times to get service finished. I asked especially for water refill for the window washer. I didn’t look under the hood, but when I got in the car after I left, no water splashed on windshield. I suspect the service person never checked to see if it was working properly..I asked for the air pressure in my tires to be the same on all 4 tires, reason being I have a knock somewhere in the car, and I felt that if the tire pressure was equal maybe the knock would go away. They were fairly close but not spot on, hence I still have knock. When I arrived at the center for service, I asked about the water in the window washer and the pressure in the tires, salesperson said yes that would be part of the visit. He proceeded to tell me about the service visit and mentioned the tire rotation and I said no don’t do the rotation part. After maybe 1\2 hour he said car was finished. I looked over the papers and was kinda confused he said no charge, I had enough credits to pay for that. I said ok and left. I got to my car, turned it on and the reminder on the dash said I needed to get oil changed. I went back in to the serviceman to question him and he said, I told him I didn’t want the service done then. Holding my temper I said well can you do my service now, he said yes right away, we will pull it in right now. When I left the service center, I tried the window washer and no splash of water. That was this visit to the service department. I mentioned the knock noise in the car, that was to the repair shop of the dealership. I made an appointment to see about the knocking noise in the car, the repair shop person listened to me about all I tried to find the noise, all to my avail I couldn’t find it. After about an hour the service person said my car was ready, I asked him if he found the reason for the noise and he said yes the noise was from the seatbelt was knocking. I just shook my head and said thanks. I had already went through the thought about the seatbelts I checked before and that was not the problem. I locked all the seatbelts together and that was not the problem. Total unsatisfactory visit that time. I still have the knock and no spray of water on my windshield. Now to your credit, I have had service done to same vehicle in the service department 3/4 times before, with no special instructions and the service visit was perfect. Sorry I was so winded with words, I will try again when I reach recommended time frame and see how that goes. Thanks, Pam Newman More
