the A/C issue is still the exist, nothing has changed and this is the 2nd time service for the same issue. the a/c works for 30mins, turns off and does not turn on again. This dealership could have fought harder with the warranty department to get the transmission fixed in my truck under warranty. I started the process well under the 60k mileage and was over by 145 mi warranty department to get the transmission fixed in my truck under warranty. I started the process well under the 60k mileage and was over by 145 miles when I brought it in a 2nd time because the same problems were continuing to occur. I was told by this dealership that since it is on record, I won’t have a problem getting things repaired if it continues. A few months later I told the dealership in advance that the issues were still occurring so I scheduled an appointment. I have a pregnant wife, two kids and full time job so juggling that and only being left with 1 vehicle is hard to balance. My biggest complaint is the truck transmission should have been replaced when I first brought it in because it was not functioning anymore but the dealership reset data tables instead and sent me on my way. The dealership had my truck longer than needed just to get denied by warranty for full coverage. It actually sat in the same spot on their lot for a week. Later I received a call that Ford warranty would cover roughly 60% but that still left a hefty bill that I shouldn’t have had to pay because it was documented. In the end, I had my transmission fully replaced by a transmission pro shop in 3 days. They diagnosed the issue within 2 hours of receiving it and had it replaced in 2 days. The truck drives like new again. I can say this is my last encounter with this Ford dealership. More
