Ford of Clermont used 60,332 points from my account in February. Ford pass acknowledges someone used the points but no one is able to tell me who used them or even give proof of a signature. I took my 2017 Ford Explorer in to check on a leak, they Identified the issue right away. It happened to be leak coming through my windshield because of a bad install done by a 3rd party. I love this dealership because they were honest about what was wrong with my vehicle being that I had issues with Central Florida Lincoln , who had not ever serviced my car even though it was there said what was wrong with my vehicle being that I had issues with Central Florida Lincoln , who had not ever serviced my car even though it was there said they serviced it until I started having transmission issues which started in October November, December, until I had to bring it to Ford, Of Clermont, and Kristethe Service department is the one that realized there were so many issues after leaving Lincoln that day and 2 1/2 three weeks into it. The transmission was repaired and I will never purchase another Lincoln again. I’ve always purchased either a Lincoln Lexus or Mercedes so on that note, I think the world of her and what she did for the service on my car also Kyle Mohan, who handles my oil changes and tires I think as well I will definitely be back.
