Had major work done that required several days and had to get a rental, it would be better if they could provide a loaner vehicle for such long term repairs. Service department was unable to locate coolant leak but found multiple other issues service advisor lied about the issue and then either quit or was fired I received no information about the problems until found multiple other issues service advisor lied about the issue and then either quit or was fired I received no information about the problems until I physically had to go to the site to find out what was going on. I had a rental car for approximately 4 weeks and was credited only for a week and a half for the rental. Was intending on trading the truck in but will not be trading it in at ford of clermont I know I’ll never receive any type of response from you so I’ll just stop wasting my time thanks More
