My car sat there for 3 weeks. When I picked it up I was assured that all of the updates and services were completed. Except for the recall part that never came in. 5 minutes into When I picked it up I was assured that all of the updates and services were completed. Except for the recall part that never came in. 5 minutes into my ride home all 4 tire sensors went off. All low. I filled them to 39 and the back right tire kept losing air. So I took it to Costco and they found a razor that they couldn’t patch and then informed me that my tires needed to be aligned and also I needed 4 new tires. Ford was supposed to rotate my tires and align them. 3 weeks it sat there and they did nothing. Very tempted to go somewhere else. Frank kept me updated but on one really worked on my car. Then charged me 100 dollars. For what? More
I waited for a call when my car was ready and I didn't get a call at all. I tried calling noone would answer, then when they did they sent you to an 813 voicemail.
