I called on a friday to make an appointment. I was scheduled for 715 the following tuesday. They had my car for 10 hours and were too busy to spend enough time on it to diagnose either issue. I was handled by the supervisor who told me he would discuss what the technician saw and call me the next day to schedule another appointment. Never called. No loaners. No rental offered. Its not acceptable and I have no trust to even call and complain. More
They would reschedule my service appointment without telling me. Had I not paid attention to my email reminder of my scheduled appointment I would’ve not known that they changed my appointment to differ telling me. They were not open and honest about the repairs on my vehicle. I was told that the reason why they had to keep my truck all day and overnight because they had to order apart that was on recall. That was a lie. Had I not called to check on my vehicle I would’ve not had my work badge for the next day. Every time that I would call to get a check on my truck it was hard to get a hold of the person who was dealing with my truck. To make it more difficult they would not let another person check on my truck to give me an update leaving me in the dark. It wasn’t until the end did they charge me $150 for what they had told me was a recall part that they had to order. The customer service department asked for my review but when I called back the operator would forward me to an extension that didn’t work. I’m not sure if the phone systems are broken, they are avoiding my review, or the people there are simply inept. More
Have a 1 year old 2020 Ranger with only 3840 miles on it but percentage of oil life left was low. Took it to dealer and it was taken care of along with rotating the tires. Wait was very reasonable. Wasn't at the dealership. Was sent across the parking lot to Quick Lane. They took care of my service request but didn't replace the oil filler cap. I had to return several days later for them to fix the pro to Quick Lane. They took care of my service request but didn't replace the oil filler cap. I had to return several days later for them to fix the problem. Loud noise from the engine as if to blow up and oil blown all over the engine compartment. The oil filler cap was stuck next to the hood latch and they did power wash the engine compartment to remove the excess oil. More
