The only reason I gave three stars this time it’s because I had an appointment and brought my vehicle to service ,they were super busy. The truck stayed parked for three hours and they didn’t even move it fr I had an appointment and brought my vehicle to service ,they were super busy. The truck stayed parked for three hours and they didn’t even move it from the parking lot. They should’ve said that they either were too busy to do the job,offer to reschedule or leave the truck there. But there wasn’t much communication. I drove 40 min and rearranged my schedule to be done and unfortunately couldn’t stay and wait longer for the job to be complete. This is a great location and I like to bring my truck to do the maintenance here,but this last experience wasn’t so good. Thank you More

Our truck 2023 F150 Powerboost showed a towing module error forcing the turn signals to flash rapidly. After analyzing the truck, a string of error codes were discovered. We were told a new battery wou error forcing the turn signals to flash rapidly. After analyzing the truck, a string of error codes were discovered. We were told a new battery would resolve the problem. They replaced the battery, my wife went to collect the truck in the morning, same code about the towing module appeared as soon as she started the truck. The truck is still at the dealership waiting on a backordered module which is not available. To top it off, they charged my wife for the first oil change, which was supposed to be free. Not very impressive. I now understand why my son, a salesman for them, left the dealership. I guess he knew what he was selling... More
