They had our car for 6 weeks, we've had it back for 2 weeks. Check engine light came on and we had to bring it back, they blamed the issue on (a $600 harness replacement) on rodents chewing on it. I called to explain that we've never had a rodent issue before it sat in their boneyard for 6 weeks, Alberto Caro didn't want to hear what I was trying to explain to him and I had to ask for the service manager. Christine got on the phone and at least she listened to me. She then went and did some research and they called back and agreed to pay part of the repair. I shouldn't have to get a service manager involved, my service advisor should have listened to me and been my advocate to get them to help with the expense. More
The initial truck purchase was great but at delivery we found a little dent on driver door of brand new F150 lightning. Lesson learned never leave a dealership without an “we owe you slip” handshake means nothing unfortunately. More
