I took my car in for a check engine light. They fixed that issue and recommended that I have some other work done. I approved two items and the third item I said I had just had it done. They They fixed that issue and recommended that I have some other work done. I approved two items and the third item I said I had just had it done. They did it anyways and charged me over $200. I sent a message to my service advisor once I realized what they had done. I even sent him a receipt for the work I had done just two months prior. I haven't heard anything back from the dealership. I assume they don't value their customers. More
