I had my fusion towed into the dealership because the transmission was stuck in reverse. I had indicated that I thought the transmission cable had slipped and needed to be secured back into proper slot. transmission was stuck in reverse. I had indicated that I thought the transmission cable had slipped and needed to be secured back into proper slot. The technician informed me that the car was ready to be picked up the next day. I used my 10 percent coupon that I had received previously in the mail and also my $60 rewards dollars that I had earned at the service center. To my amazement I walked out with a net bill of approximately $65 for parts and service. No surprises I have been buying cars from the dealership since 1995 when they were known as Rolling Hills Ford. We have purchased a number of new and used Ford vehicles and the service department has always treated us extremely well. More
