Clermont scheduler (on the phone) stated first oil change was free, even though my car was purchased in Sanford. I confirmed this again with the Clermont phone rep. I checked in the next day and was told it was free, even though my car was purchased in Sanford. I confirmed this again with the Clermont phone rep. I checked in the next day and was told it was not free. I had scheduled my entire day (including a friend picking me up) around the scheduled service. I drove over to the service center attaches to the dealership. I spoke with Diego. After explaining everything to him, he completely and graciously took care of me. I left the keys with him and he comped the oil change. More
