I waited an hour to be picked up by Ford and over three hours to be br However, the shuttle service used by your company was extremely disappointing. I waited an hour to be picked up by Ford and over three hours to be brought back from home to Ford, causing me to miss another appointment. Because of this, I would not recommend Ford Clermont for customers who need to leave their vehicle and rely on the shuttle service. More
