My experience was good. Took a little longer than expected. I think if we would have started with the correct vehicle with the correct trim the process would have been faste Took a little longer than expected. I also wish that the Sales Manager could have gotten me closer to the payment I needed but numbers don't lie. Overall everything went well and I got the vechicle I needed/wanted. I avoided FOC for a long time due to the xxxxty service in the past. Yesterday didn't fully change my mind but it helped for the future. More
