I have been bring my trucks to Ford of Clermont for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. The customer service, transparency, and detailed service videos are great. The service and value for the "Sunday Special" was great, the exception being the longer-than-expected time it took for them to get to my vehicle, which I had made an online appointment for 10 AM... they did the exception being the longer-than-expected time it took for them to get to my vehicle, which I had made an online appointment for 10 AM... they didn't start on mine til 11:37. And I acknowledged that I was waiting in the lobby for this service. I assumed that having a 10 AM appointment time would get my service started sooner than 11:37, which was more like the time I figured it'd be done. Overall, I think the service and reliability of Clermont Ford is fantastic. More
