I had to take my truck to the dealer 5 times to fix the issue. Each time, they had my truck for 2-5 days. I told them what the issue was and the solution the first time it they ignored me and replaced issue. Each time, they had my truck for 2-5 days. I told them what the issue was and the solution the first time it they ignored me and replaced things that weren’t broken over and over until the last time, they finally replaced the wiring harness which I told them was the problem originally. On top of that, my service advisor was not present most days plus the day it was finally fixed, it took her over 5 hours to notify me it was ready. I know this because I got the invoice in the morning via email and the text 5.5 hours later, after I had already called and was actually pulling into the dealership, driven by Eli. More
