Alayna was great and helped us tremendously. We got a good deal on a truck, and although the dealership was under construction, it still ended up being one of the better experiences I've had. Hello, This has been the worse experience ever from a dealership. I brought my car in for an alignment a couple months ago. It was still pulling hard to the right. They came and got it again and it was a dealership. I brought my car in for an alignment a couple months ago. It was still pulling hard to the right. They came and got it again and it was the same. I told them and they “fixed” it again. By fixed it I mean they swapped all my tires around and changed the PSI in all the tires. I had two newer tires on my car and they put 1 in front and 1 in back. So, I had them get my car yet again and told them what to fix. I also mentioned they might be a nail in the front left as the psi went down to 22 the night before. They moved the tires where they belonged and put air in the tires. They told me there was no nail, only a rock. I got my car back, and the air went down from 36 to 29 within an hour. And guess what?! I found a nail. Worse service I have ever had. Complete incompetence. I am actually looking to sell my car and go with a different company just to get away from this horrible Clermont ford. More
