Pretty decent experience in the service department with a recall apt. It was done within a couple hours of drop off and I had an email letting me know it was ready. I took off one star bc someone moved the d recall apt. It was done within a couple hours of drop off and I had an email letting me know it was ready. I took off one star bc someone moved the driver seat of my car in every way possible, up, back, down etc. It felt totally unnecessary to make that many changes to the seat for a service that did not require driving it. I still haven’t gotten it back the way I had it. More
