Hello, This has been the worse experience ever from a dealership. I brought my car in for an alignment a couple months ago. It was still pulling hard to the right. They came and got it again and it was a dealership. I brought my car in for an alignment a couple months ago. It was still pulling hard to the right. They came and got it again and it was the same. I told them and they “fixed” it again. By fixed it I mean they swapped all my tires around and changed the PSI in all the tires. I had two newer tires on my car and they put 1 in front and 1 in back. So, I had them get my car yet again and told them what to fix. I also mentioned they might be a nail in the front left as the psi went down to 22 the night before. They moved the tires where they belonged and put air in the tires. They told me there was no nail, only a rock. I got my car back, and the air went down from 36 to 29 within an hour. And guess what?! I found a nail. Worse service I have ever had. Complete incompetence. I am actually looking to sell my car and go with a different company just to get away from this horrible Clermont ford. More

This was the second experience with the service department where I felt taken advantage of when being quoted a price for services, even after referencing a discount that I had seen, the service adv department where I felt taken advantage of when being quoted a price for services, even after referencing a discount that I had seen, the service advisor I was dealing with was not forthcoming. It was only when I saw a sign referencing the $39.99 oil change special that the deal was honored. It is also very apparent that these bad faith practices are cultural as the sign I saw was taken down between the time I dropped of my vehicle and the time I returned. More
