Christina, Kristine and the foreman, Troy, were excellent in helping me get my Explorer back to perfect condition. They were also able to understand my frustrations with the time frame and went out of the way to ensure I was perfectly happy, including a follow-up after service was complete to verify my issue was resolved. I would have given it two stars but employees at the counter were courteous and attentive. They gave me all the recommendations that needed to be checked. Now the mechanics are in question. I take my va counter were courteous and attentive. They gave me all the recommendations that needed to be checked. Now the mechanics are in question. I take my van to get serviced here before which they were supposed to do a check thru. Fast forward to my next visit they said I was missing a cabin filter. How did they miss that the last time I was there. Obviously they aren’t doing a complete check otherwise they would have caught it then. They did all the service I needed and brought the van out. I get in and see my glove compartment completely dismantled and not put together. How do not see this when you bring the van out??? They came back out and corrected the problem. Now my problem is if they don’t see this obvious problem, what else do they not put back together right? Bolts not tightened? Forgetting to put parts back on? I also had my F-250 tires rotated and they didn’t put the hubs back on tight and I lost one. The replaced it and I had them put it back on, I had them check the others and tow of the other three were loose also. Good customer service is in the details and they fail in the details! More
