I would have given it two stars but employees at the counter were courteous and attentive. They gave me all the recommendations that needed to be checked. Now the mechanics are in question. I take my van to get serviced here before which they were supposed to do a check thru. Fast forward to my next visit they said I was missing a cabin filter. How did they miss that the last time I was there. Obviously they aren’t doing a complete check otherwise they would have caught it then. They did all the service I needed and brought the van out. I get in and see my glove compartment completely dismantled and not put together. How do not see this when you bring the van out??? They came back out and corrected the problem. Now my problem is if they don’t see this obvious problem, what else do they not put back together right? Bolts not tightened? Forgetting to put parts back on? I also had my F-250 tires rotated and they didn’t put the hubs back on tight and I lost one. The replaced it and I had them put it back on, I had them check the others and tow of the other three were loose also. Good customer service is in the details and they fail in the details! More

Honestly, I'm disappointed. It will now take 3 trips to your dealership to have a recall completed on my mustang. The first trip resulted in your parts department not having the part. When the part came in THE NEXT DAY, another appointment was made. When I arrived for that one, I was told that labels that were included in the recall were on backorder, and and the recall could not be completed. During that visit, I witnessed some disturbing conflict between a service technician and a service advisor that should never had happened in front of customers. No idea when the third appointment will be, and right now I'm not looking forward to it. Each of these trips to your dealership takes me 1 hour one way. I didn't mind at first because the people are friendly and the work to my car gets done. I'd like to continue using your service, you have availability when others don't, and the car is clean when I get it back. Only time will tell. More

I have sent several friends here, all makes and models from a leveled 4Runner, to multiple Ram 2500s (also lifted), t service here is second to none.
