The service department at Columbia Ford is absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were informative, thorough, quick, and did not charge what another Ford would. I work in customer service and without a doubt, they are by far the best! The communication was amazing as well! They got right with me when they found the problems and sent me estimates immediately. The text messages were wonderful and easy to understand. I cannot say enough. This was our second time getting service at Ford of Columbia and both times we have been blown away with their services.
