The worst experience every time I go there. Went for a warranty repair yesterday. The service advisor, was helpful, he witness the problem with my speakers himself. They are incompetent at best and liars at worst. More

I bought a 2025 F250 in march of 2025 for pulling a horse trailer. I have since brought the truck back 3 separate times concerning trailer lights not working at all. We were made aware of a recall on that tr trailer. I have since brought the truck back 3 separate times concerning trailer lights not working at all. We were made aware of a recall on that truck they “fixed” that which did NOT fix it. I took the truck back to them and they hooked it to the trailer simulator box and said it’s working with this our hands are tied… I explained to them that the trailer (s) aren’t the issue I have video proof of hooking my truck to trailers and it doesn’t work and then hooking another to the same trailers and them working fine! They were short with me and definitely weren’t concerned at all about this issue. Mind you this was my THIRD TRIP for this issue! They didn’t dig any deeper did not get a test light out and check manually NOTHING! I am beyond frustrated with their service team from amber who’s rude and snobby to the tech that did not do any more then hook a box to my truck and did nothing. We fixed the issue on my truck with a test light and fuse in 20 minutes. WE DID!! NOT MECHANICS! I was told their service techs have over 20-30 years of experience and they don’t have enough common sense to check a fuse & use a test light? Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND to take your vehicle there for any issues they don’t have the common knowledge to fix it. GOOGLE had better advice then them. More

We had spoken to a couple of dealers in our area, but no one could come close to the out the door number we got at Ford of Columbia, TN. We worked with AJ Torres our sales rep who went above and beyond to get the deal closed and also want to give HUGE THANKS to Justin George the Sales Mgr who worked the numbers. We live in North Florida, and they are right outside Nashville, TN so I booked a flight and flew in to take delivery last Sat and they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport to shuttle me to the dealership. AJ had everything ready to get me in and out since I had an 8-hour drive back home. I also want to recognize Steve Dohoney in finance who got us a great interest rate and was very personable and got me in and out so I could start my journey home. We LOVE our Papa Smurf and yes we name our vehicles and look forward to enjoying our Stang for years to come. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give AJ and TEAM the opportunity to beat your best deal you will not be disappointed!!! We will give them the first shot at any of our future auto needs and well as referring family/friends!!! More

Do not purchase a used vehicle from Johnny Vu (Sales) or Adam Taylor (GM). Especially if you live out of town. I recently purchased a M550i that was amazing on the test drive, but a week later the brakes started not feeling right and making an incredible amount of noise not normal even on high-performance BMWs. They stopped all communication and went radio silent on me, meanwhile sending me their maintenance program emails to sign up for that I do not need living out of state. I texted, I called, I emailed, and no help or support. How do you treat a recent customer that way? I was out $1650 for new front rotors and pads and refused to even respond to me, all despite being super communicative during the Sales price. Just shady. Buyer beware! More
