After looking at several used trucks at several different dealerships, I found online what looked to be my perfect F150 at Ford of Columbia. I inquired about it on their website, and shortly thereafter, Michael Baker reached out to me. That evening, I met Michael at the dealership, drove the truck and knew that I had found the one. Getting the deal done was easy, and there was no unnecessary back and forth. Michael was very upfront about the best price they could do on the truck, and since it was the truck I wanted and a price that we could do, we started the paperwork while we waited for my wife to get there. Once the deal was finalized my wife and I sat down with Steve Dohoney to sign all of the paperwork and make it official. As we went through everything, Steve mentioned an extended warranty. But there was absolutely no pressure to get it, just laid the facts out there. We have never purchased an extended warranty on any previous vehicles, but this one has so many more bells and whistles, and therefore electronics and computers, that we decided to buy it. Once everything was signed, they handed us the keys and out the door we went. No stress, no fuss, and only a couple of hours. So overall an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy there again. More
