ANOTHER GOOD THING Dealerships can be found in nearly every medium sized town in America. We purchase our new (bigger) vehicle about two (2) weeks again and had to follow up on one small warranty thing. In the process I wanted one small thing to be done to the car and I want that done on the same day and time as the warranty stuff. Our sales person who coordinated all this, made it happen just as I desired. In fact, he picked my car up and delivered from and to my work in a driving, cool rain, without complaint and even with a smile on his face. This dealer is professional and fair. Billy is articulate and pays attention to detail. While the first service was performed, he kept me apprised of the length of time to complete the job as it was a very busy day prior to the holiday. Totally Awesome! Before Racheal sent me the email with the current used truck list, I had contacted another dealership to purchase another F250. The service division is always courteous and helpful to me. The employees have always been courteous and due to the fact I am there often due to my traveling job, am recognized by several.
