Great service of my 2012 Ford Focus I called earlier this week to make an appointment to have my car serviced, hopefully on a Saturday. The serviceman told me that they no longer took a I called earlier this week to make an appointment to have my car serviced, hopefully on a Saturday. The serviceman told me that they no longer took appointments and that I could come in anytime. I brought my 2012 Ford Focus to the dealership on Saturday Morning. They took it right in and serviced it while I waited in the lounge. The wait was not long. Kristina, the service employee, told me that I had a free service on my account, so I did not owe anything for the oil change and tire rotation. More

Stress free! I’ve bought many new vehicles, yet can’t recall a more stress free experience than this was. Of course I did my part in that I valued my trade in on K I’ve bought many new vehicles, yet can’t recall a more stress free experience than this was. Of course I did my part in that I valued my trade in on KBB. As well, I found the fair median price on the vehicle I was interested in. With that said, it was in the dealers hands to make the numbers match, which they did with very little haggling. Very pleased with my salesperson, Racheal and will be back when the need arises for a new vehicle! More
rear sensors brought it in to check on left rear sensor sounding off when in reverse. They tried various tests and couldn't replicate it.
