I think that is just crazy that anyone could charge that much for a key replacement. We talked to the manager and he stated that was the cost. More

While there he let us test drive 3 different cars! He was very patient! He was never pushy!! He took his time with us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. He said he had not been working there long but he did an excellent job!! We ended up not buying any of the cars but it was not because he did not try to get us the deal we wanted!! This past weekend I went to the Chevy Dealer and walked out depressed thinking there was no way I could get a car with what I had to work with. I went over to the Ford Lincoln of Cookeville Dealership and left with a 3 year old Escape in awesome condition. The Salesmen was honestly concerned with my problems, and did every thing he could to get me into a suitable car. They offer Free Lifetime Car washes, which is a nice perk. Normally I break sales men chops just on principle but there was no way I could rattle this guy, every objection, even the most tiny and ridiculous ones were addressed and taken care of, as if they were earth shattering !!! His attitude was , if it was important to his client than it was important to him as well ! I will purchase all my cars from there from now on. More
