I actually had a headache the day we went in, and Andrew was incredibly thoughtful. He checked in on me and absolutely did not push us through the process. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, especially when you aren't feeling well, but his personable, relaxed, and caring demeanor made the entire process easy and highly enjoyable. The fact that I walked away from a dealership feeling so good about the experience is very telling of his character. Because of Andrew's outstanding personality and excellent customer service, we will absolutely return to Ford of Cookeville for any of our future vehicle needs! More
