At first, I was really nervous about the experience, because I have never been to a dealership before, but Sean he was the man he was the man that made magic happen, even when I had a lot of doubt in m because I have never been to a dealership before, but Sean he was the man he was the man that made magic happen, even when I had a lot of doubt in myself, the first immediate thing he did was just make me feel like family and comfortable and not only me but to my wife and kids as well, he went up and beyond further than I could’ve ever asked him to do. He worked with me on every different way that we could find it, and sat for hours, and never even left for lunch or even took a break until he made sure that my family would leave in an amazing safe reliable vehicle that fit to our budget even when the first two vehicles were at a no go. He still didn’t give up. And now me my wife and my three kids have a wonderful new Ford edge which was nicer than anything we could’ve ever dreamed of being able to afford so all I can say is thank you to this man for bending over backwards and helping the family reach their goals in life More

Service advisors only want to fix items which you pay for - will do anything everything they can to NOT fix warranty items - 9 month old truck - did nothing to correct the warranty issues.
