We were stranded near Chicago over Thanksgiving our car would not unlock. We tried calling a dealership in Frankfort Il. they had no advise to help and would not put anyone from their service department would not unlock. This was the Friday after Thanksgiving we’ve been so grateful but also very ill so we’ve not made it in. This is the 2nd time your service department has saved us. We also had a wax job done that we were very pleased with the results. So thank you so much for having excellent people on your staff, it really means something in this day and age. Overall an excellent experience. My salesman Dustin Evans was awesome yet again. I had initially test driven a two year old bronco and decided to buy it. However, Once Dustin explained the incentives on a brand new one it was a no brainer. He helped find the perfect vehicle with the features I was looking for at a price point I wanted to be within. Ford Of Galesburg gave me an exceptional offer for my 7 year old f150 and handled all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. While I was signing a couple papers and discussing options the vehicle was being detailed. I was in and out in about an hour which was great. I opted for rust proofing and a ceramic paint protector which was done a few days after the purchase. They gave me a loaner to drive while they did the rust proofing. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic and despite some of the other reviews I find Ford of galesburg to be a great dealership. I will be back! Keep up the great work!!! More
