I used your dealership before and had better services. Brian Horta didn’t ask me for my coupon and I had to review the invoice a couple of times to get the right price. I wanted to check a noise in the Brian Horta didn’t ask me for my coupon and I had to review the invoice a couple of times to get the right price. I wanted to check a noise in the suspension and he said they are too busy and I would needed to bring the car and leave it for 3 days to get the diagnosis. I took the car to another mechanic and in 5 minutes told me what it was and fix it in 2 hours. But for this visit I left my car for the oil service and waited to get if ready. I asked for getting the car wash and that was also not an option because I would have to wait couple hours according to Brian. To make the experience worse my car was Parked outside on the middle of a rain storm. I had to get soaked wet in order to get my car. That’s the worst customer service ever. More

Our experience with Ford Kendall started off fine. We made the huge mistake of picking and Explorer model and going for the upgrade to leather seats. HUGE mistake. The process is not only time consuming but also the quality of work is VERY poor. We paid north of $1000 for very low quality work. To this day (less than a month since purchase) we are still finding defects on the way to upgrade to leather seats was done (unless cars come out of the Ford factory with zero quality control). More
