Salesman said that he would call me to setup an appointment to fix the scratch that was on the truck. CRIMINAL DEALERSHIP, GO TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP. purchased a vehicle Nov 30 2023, finance person told me my note amount without showing how that amount was arrived at, once I reluctantly agreed he purchased a vehicle Nov 30 2023, finance person told me my note amount without showing how that amount was arrived at, once I reluctantly agreed he told me as I was a loyal Ford customer he was 'giving' me tire coverage, dent coverage extended warranty the whole time he was adding the costs of those coverages to my contract, never was I allowed to look at the documents as he was in a hurry to get off (it was a Saturday), the things he was 'giving' me amounted to $14,000 additional dollars to the contract. Traded the vehicle in Mar 11, 2026. Reached out to the dealership and after threatening with legal action KATHERIN VALERINO (finance manager) called telling me she would email a form and I needed to fill it out and email it along with the odometer statement when I traded the vehicle, sent it back within an hour, she has NEVER responded to that email nor did she cancel the 'plans', she has also not responded to two emails one sent a week ago and one yesterday. I have three dealerships that will testify in court that the amount they charge is hundreds versus thousands that Kendall charged me, yes thousands Kendall charged me versus hundreds which one dealership tells me it borders as a criminal act. They owe me THOUSANDS for the unused portions of those contracts. Kendall is guilty of harboring funds. Kendall is guilty of insurance fraud (the amounts are listed as insurance on the contract). Kendall is guilty of a criminal act for the amounts they charged. I had to get Ford Credit to cancel the 'plans' as KATHERIN did nothing with the email I sent back to her. Don't waste your time or money with this dealership, they are nothing short of criminals, I have purchased seven Ford vehicles throughout my life, Kendall is without any doubt the absolute worst, I am amazed Ford Motor allows this sort of dealership to exist.............. stay tuned more to come, anyone else smelling a law suit on the horizon???? Drop in service quality: 1. Went for safety recall, told to leave the car no loaner available, no suggestion but to wait until the end of day. Told this problem has happened before with other customers. More
