My car was in your shop for over 30 days and is still not fixed. Very hard to get in touch with the service department. most calls were never answered, very frustrating. Brake job went well but car got backed into in the shop area and dented back bumper. Had to bring it back for Ford to replace the bumper at no cost. This was all handled efficiently but required two return area and dented back bumper. Had to bring it back for Ford to replace the bumper at no cost. I received mobile service from Carlos and it was scheduled by Terry. This is the second time I had Ford mobile service come to my place of residence and it has been wonderful!
