PLEASE READ: I purchased my truck at ford of Kendall in 2022 brand new. I have done all the maintenance and more to make sure it is in top condition. I have noticed a problem when the car is shifting gear 2022 brand new. I have done all the maintenance and more to make sure it is in top condition. I have noticed a problem when the car is shifting gears while driving. When I took my car for maintenance I expressed my concerns about maybe an issue with the transmission. That same day they told me there was no issue with the transmission and the car would be ready shortly to pick up. I let them know that my car does have an issue and if they can, please continue to check the car to figure out what is going on. The following day, I was Updated at 5:30 PM that they found an issue with my transmission And that they will be fixing it. When I received my car back, I was told that now I have to change the O2 sensor and my check engine light was on. When I gave them my car to fix the first time, I did not have a check engine light on until after they worked on my transmission. I Also noticed I was still having the same issue and that my car was jumping When shifting or down shifting (just before my car came to a complete stop). I reached out and let them know that my car was still having an issue and they told me to bring it in the next day. I brought my car at 7:15 AM and let them know that I would need my car or some form of transportation by two In the afternoon since I work with kids with special needs. I ended up not having any updates. And had to have someone take me to the dealership. I had one of my private client Who is special needs with me and upon arrival they did not have any update. When I did get the Update they said nothing was wrong with my car. I even drove my car with the Manager In the car and every time it jumped, he said That the parts were still getting to know how I drive And that’s why it’s jumping and that it needs to adjust. At the end of the drive. The manager then asked me to write a good review because it helps them even though he stated To me in that moment that he knows today’s service was not good. I feel like I Was just thrown to the side and that they did not want to help me. My service advisor. Did as much as she could for me, but everyone else did not from my point of view. Now I am left. With my truck not driving well and trying to figure out my next step. Please be on top Of any issues you have with your cars When bringing it to Ford of Kendall. The customer Does not always come first. More

I purchased a 2025 F-250 about 3 weeks ago from a different dealership. I came Ford of Kendall to repair my rear passenger side tire as a screw was in it and was losing tire pressure. The service adv different dealership. I came Ford of Kendall to repair my rear passenger side tire as a screw was in it and was losing tire pressure. The service advisor was very kind and courteous, however my disappointment came as I was advised that the tire could not be patched due to the screw being too long, where it was located, and I needed to replace the tire. I found that very hard to believe so I decided to go to a local tire repair shop. After spending $40, and 30 minutes of my time, the tire was patched, and I was on my way. It is very concerning that World Ford is really not looking out for the best interest of the customer. What is more concerning is that it was only to repair a tire (from a 1-inch screw), I could only imagine if it was something major what the cost would be. After this experience, I definitely will not be bringing in my vehicle for any service. More
They were unable to change the bed cover on my truck despite scheduling same weeks in advance and coordinating an appointment. Wasted 3 hours of my time for no reason. I sat for over an hour after drivi despite scheduling same weeks in advance and coordinating an appointment. Wasted 3 hours of my time for no reason. I sat for over an hour after driving an hour and a half only for them to tell me they were unable to do the job. Something they should have known beforehand or at a minimum when I arrived to the appointment. More

This is about service and integrity or lack there of with this dealership. It is simple. I purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership in Tampa and drove it back home to Miami. I immediately noticed a this dealership. It is simple. I purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership in Tampa and drove it back home to Miami. I immediately noticed a vibration at highway speeds. Ford of Kendall is local to me so I took the vehicle in at 1k miles for an oil change and reported the vibration, which occurs above 75 mph. I was told that since they cannot drive the vehicle at that speed they would not be able to conduct a diagnosis. I took the vehicle into the dealership several times over a 18 month period and reported the issue every time. I even paid for rod force balance on two occasions. Then after calling Ford Consumer Services, the dealership said that they drove the vehicle and it operated within specifications, yet still vibrated. Then I was told by Ford to take it back so that an engineer could service my vehicle. Ford of Kendall advised that the engineer suggested placing new tires and rims on the vehicle and driving it, Ford of Kendall then told me that the vehicle drove good and the recommendation was tires. So apparently according to Ford of Kendall a Ford can have a vibration and operate within specifications. I met with the General Manager Mr. Smith who advised that his technicians did nothing wrong and the vibration was subjective. Take that in, after what they told me about vibration and how the vehicle operated within specs. He also said that he DOES NOT warranty tires. just so happens that by the time that they got around to saying it was the tires they were out of warranty. This is not a fluke but by design, as Mr. Smith said he does not warranty tires and could not provide an answer as to if the tires are not part of the bumper to bumper warranty only to say that they are only covered for 12 months or 12k miles, but he doesnt warranty tires. No he does not, he has his service department string customers along until he does not have to cover the warranty. I will say that it was the tires, once I put new tires on the vehicle problem solved. First problem, Ford putting crappy tires on 80k SUVs. Second problem Ford of Kendall not stepping up and doing the right things. Third and biggest problem, Ford Dealerships can do whatever they want after you buy a vehicle. Your only true recourse to have thing taken care of correctly is seeing them and Ford. Ford CANNOT make a local dealership do anything with regards to repairing your vehicle, or honoring any type of entered warranty or service plan. I showed Ford or Kendall my contract for service and they showed me a computer screen. When I asked them to contact Ford regarding the written contract since the service contract is with Ford, their reply was all I can do is go by the screen. When I contacted Ford, they told me to go to another dealership. Biggest take from this when consumers buy new vehicles all that is happening is fools and Monet are parting ways. More
Took my Truck in for service met with "Ralph" in service. Great interaction took care of me in a timely manner. I purchased a used F-150 at this dealership and later discovered it had three outstanding recalls. I scheduled an appointment with the service department for 7:00 a.m., expecting timely and professional discovered it had three outstanding recalls. I scheduled an appointment with the service department for 7:00 a.m., expecting timely and professional communication. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems began. Despite the early appointment, I received no updates at all. I eventually called at 1:40 p.m. and left a voicemail since no one answered. When I called back at 2:40 p.m., I finally reached my service advisor, who told me that no mechanic had even looked at my truck yet. She also could not confirm whether I would be able to pick it up. Seeking more information, I called her manager. Instead of offering any meaningful assistance, he chose to berate me and dismiss my concerns. He even compared the service department to a doctor’s office, telling me you never know when or how long you’ll be there—a completely unhelpful and unprofessional analogy. He then informed me that my truck would have to remain at the dealership for Ford to approve the inspection and recall work. This entire process was unprofessional, uncoordinated, and dismissive of the customer’s time and concerns. I expect better communication, respect, and transparency from a dealership service department—especially when dealing with safety recalls. More
