This dealership was far from a good experience overall, though there were a couple of bright spots. James Torro, our salesman, was terrific—professional, responsive, and great to work with. Unfortunately, the experience took a sharp turn once I dealt with Finance. After purchasing a truck, I worked with Luis Solari in finance. Once I made it clear that I did not want a warranty or any additional extras, communication completely stopped. I repeatedly requested a purchase order and wiring instructions and received no response. Calls and emails were ignored, and I was essentially ghosted. I ultimately had to reach out to the General Manager, Mike, to get things resolved. Once Mike stepped in, my experience turned around immediately. He was professional, responsive, and got me what I needed without issue. Additionally, I reached out to Ashley , the Accounting Manager, on two separate days to confirm whether my wire had cleared, as I needed to know when I could pick up my truck. Not to mention the worry of the wire going to the right place! I received no response or sense of urgency and once again had to contact Mike to get an answer. While James and Mike were professional and helpful, the lack of communication and professionalism from finance and accounting made this a very frustrating experience. I previously worked in the car business, and I can confidently say that my experience with Luis was extremely unprofessional—one of the worst I’ve encountered. It’s unfortunate, because James and Mike did their jobs well, but finance nearly ruined the entire transaction. I gave a 3 star due to the bad outweighing the good. If I could split the stars Mike and James would be 5 and the rest 1 star. More
We arranged to view a used car, several email/phone contacts to set a date and time with a reminder the day before our visit. On arriving got an uninterested reception, sales contact showed up and wen contacts to set a date and time with a reminder the day before our visit. After a Fifteen minute and no car went looking for the sales guy who said the car was broken and not available (ploy or real ?). There was no effort made to forewarn us during our before or during our 3 hour trip down for the appointment. The tone and process was unprofessional and not customer friendly. More
After looking for many months to buy a car, we stopped in to the Kirkland Ford dealership. We met Nick Miller who was very generous and kind, he was wasted no time showing us the Mavericks and taking us on a to the Kirkland Ford dealership. We met Nick Miller who was very generous and kind, he was wasted no time showing us the Mavericks and taking us on a test drive. Absolutely no pressure just showing us the car. We went home and continued to contact other dealerships trying to find and learn more about which model we were looking for. We had awful experiences with every other Ford dealership so we messaged Nick. Not only did he find the truck we wanted quickly, he was responsive and honest. We worked out the details with clarity and simplicity went in and bought the truck the same day. Not only was Nick Miller amazing to work with, the entire crew at the Kirkland Ford was very positive welcoming and professional.
