We arranged to view a used car, several email/phone contacts to set a date and time with a reminder the day before our visit. After a Fifteen minute and no car went looking for the sales guy who said the car was broken and not available (ploy or real ?). There was no effort made to forewarn us during our before or during our 3 hour trip down for the appointment. The tone and process was unprofessional and not customer friendly. More

After looking for many months to buy a car, we stopped in to the Kirkland Ford dealership. We met Nick Miller who was very generous and kind, he was wasted no time showing us the Mavericks and taking us on a to the Kirkland Ford dealership. We went home and continued to contact other dealerships trying to find and learn more about which model we were looking for. We had awful experiences with every other Ford dealership so we messaged Nick. Not only did he find the truck we wanted quickly, he was responsive and honest. We worked out the details with clarity and simplicity went in and bought the truck the same day. Not only was Nick Miller amazing to work with, the entire crew at the Kirkland Ford was very positive welcoming and professional.
