This is my third year coming back to Ford of Kirkland for service on my vehicle. Their work is outstanding all around, the services I requested was completed faster than estimated. I was welcomed immediately by Troy when I arrived to drop my car off...originally I was going to leave the car but had a scheduling conflict a d asked if I might wait for the car. Ford Of Kirkland kept my vehicle for a solid two days in order to do a recall repair. As it turns out it took them a full day to get to doing the inspection to determine whether it even needed repair, and t order to do a recall repair. As it turns out it took them a full day to get to doing the inspection to determine whether it even needed repair, and then they said that it did need repair and that they would have to keep it overnight. At the end of the second day, I called to find out if it was ready and found that they hadn’t been an inspection and that my vehicle wasn’t even in need of this repair. So my vehicle stated the dealership for two days and literally nothing was done. The technician responsible for the inspection was Shane Robinson. Resolution: Service manager responded and offered offered my next service free in compensation for my time. More
