The transaction began with Darion. He contacted me and I told him about a prior experience at a different dealership about a similar vehicle. I asked if he could possibly look over the Mazda in person to see if there was any noticeable cosmetic flaws not seen in the photos online. He proceeded to take some closeup photos and a video of his walkthrough of the car and sent them to me. He even pointed out a small crease on the hood that most people would have missed. That effort convinced me to make the 60mile drive to at least see the car in person and give the dealership my time. Darion is a newer salesman and still learning. I was a bit rough on him but he did well and kept his enthusiasm up. He was not overbearing and did his best to have answers for me when I asked and honest when he had no answers. He was understanding that I had another appointment to get to and had to leave before anything final was agreed on. The following day I worked with Jarod. He too is a bit newer. He had it easy. The price I offered was agreed on so Jarod just had to basically keep me company. He was a pleasure to chat with and he too seemed very enthusiastic. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him. Zach was the Finance Manager. He was great to work with. He pretty much gave me the down and dirty and answered the questions I had and explained a few things that the salesmen couldn't answer. In the end I already had financing setup, but the experience at the dealership helped me to decide on hearing what financing and other products the dealership had to offer. Other than being an hour from my home, I would not hesitate to put this dealership as one to deal with in any future purchases. More
