We understand your frustration. We did look into the work you needed done and you originally had the repair performed at Harris Ford. You are having issues with that repair and it will need to be taken back to Harris. We will not be paid by Ford to fix your vehicle, that would only happen through Harris. Dean and Randy explained that and you while speaking to you. We apologize that we can not help, but we do suggest going back to Harris to get the issues addressed.

Thank you for responding back. First, I understand the very important issue of being compensated for any warranty work. Prior to reaching out to your service team, I specifically asked FordPass 1) Can I take this to any Ford - which they replied Yes, and 2) Will that Ford Dealer get compensated for the service work - which they replied Yes. In my initial call with Dean - he was dismissive and rude, letting me know and I paraphrasing - I don't care what Ford has to say...take it back to the dealer you had the work done. In my call with Randy - I explained how I felt that Dean was rude and dismissive in my discussion - Dean double down in rudeness and flatly explained - we are NEVER going to work on your car and hung-up on me. I am going back to the original dealer, but I do want to say I have never being treated with that degree of rudeness ever from a dealer service department, and I have purchased at least 20 vehicles in my lifetime. However, I can assure you that both of those individuals did not mention how unprofessional and rude they were on the call...with special emphasis to Randy. It would of been so much easier to explain to me we're not going to be compensated and allow me to tell my side, and I'm sure at the end we'll come to a conclusion to take it back to the original dealer. But don't just tell me "I don't care" or "We're never going to work on your car" and hang-up on me. This is not furustatation as you characterize it, this is just bewilderment as to how a company focused on customer service can treat potential customers that way.
