Unlike most dealership, they don't put that much pressure to take additional offers. I highly recommend Ford of Kirkland for their stock, price and honesty. More
William R is a really attentive and professional representative with Ford of Kirkland. We're working with him on purchasing a Mach E (CA Route 1 model), and he carefully answered all our questions a representative with Ford of Kirkland. We're working with him on purchasing a Mach E (CA Route 1 model), and he carefully answered all our questions and made sure to ask others (like their product super-guru 'Peter') for input on some of our 'off-the-wall' type questions :) William is friendly and very easy to communicate with, and (as an older person) I can say I really like the fact that he has some wonderful 'old-fashioned' values as far as customer service goes. He also receives support from Nate, who hopefully will get some kinks ironed out in terms of the deal we want to conclude with William...because he is just one of those people that one WANTS to conclude a deal with :) More

Extremely unprofessional! Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited w/ 4500 miles. Todd Ireland was our assigned salesman. We live in Alaska and flew Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited w/ 4500 miles. Todd Ireland was our assigned salesman. We live in Alaska and flew into WA to pick up the vehicle with plans to begin the appx. 2500 mile trip home the following day. With tickets purchased to fly, cashier's check in hand, and proof of AK residency, we boarded the plane. Texting as we taxied down the runway that we were on the way only to receive a text saying he (Todd) couldn't hold the car so we should hurry. All paperwork was emailed ahead of our departure and we'd hope to arrive, sign paperwork, sit with a salesperson for an orientation before departing on our journey across Canada's desolate highways to AK in winter conditions (blizzards). We arrived at 1:30 pm on a Saturday at the dealership: No paperwork was started. Vehicle didn't have a spare tire, jack or lug wrench. Todd wouldn't let us take the car on the highway to test drive. He would not provide us with a copy of warranty or Roadside Assistance (RSA) no matter how many times it was requested. And crowed about having put gas in the car to fill it ¾ full. At around 6 pm we're still waiting for what, we don't know. We needed a full-size spare for the long drive as there are several 100's of miles between settlements, gas stations, or garages. Todd suggests we buy a tire and rim from the dealership but they were out of stock at the moment. Was that supposed to be helpful? After deliberating with management Todd did buy us a tire on rim. I got 10 minutes help to set up a Hyundai app to sinc. with the car and was whisked away to sign paperwork. All the while asking about roadside assistance and if it worked through Canada. Todd repeatedly assured us it did. It was almost 7pm when we finished signing papers, still with no copy of warranty or RSA and Todd didn't even have a second key for the car. The temp license permit was only good for 3 days and the day we purchased was day 1. There was no way to drive 2500 miles in blizzard conditions in 2 days. But guess what! We broke down in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada and it has no Hyundai dealership. It took 3 hours on the phone with RSA and Corporate to get assistance. We had to have the vehicle towed 770 miles to the nearest Hyundai dealership in Anchorage, AK for repairs. We had to pay a $5000 (US) tow fee. RSA did not work in Canada. Ford of Kirkland, Todd and management were unbelievably incompetent. I cannot offer a positive spin to this experience, staff or to Ford of Kirkland. My review is based on purchasing several vehicles from other dealerships in the Continental US and driving them to AK. More

Purchased my 2021 Explorer at the end of 2021. In 2022 my passenger front window switch stopped working. I made an appointment to have the oil changed and forgot to add the window switch problem. In 2022 my passenger front window switch stopped working. I made an appointment to have the oil changed and forgot to add the window switch problem. When I came in to drop it off at night drop I wrote on the envelope that I needed to window switch looked at. Needles to say they didn’t t do anything with it just did the oil change and that’s it. Fast forward to beginning of this year and switch still doesn’t work. 1/2/23 I made an online appointment for service, oils change, window switch and now there is a recall for a bolt in the rear axel. I put all three items on the service request and made the date for 3/02/23. Eight weeks ahead of the appointment. Should have been plenty of time for them to schedule and be ready to do the work. well apparently they don’t look at these service requests. So I arrived on 3/01/23 to drop the car off and made sure to mention the other two items I needed done and the women who was at the counter rudely said “you are schedule for a Express oil service and that’s the only thing my team can do” I said no I scheduled a service appointment and listed all three things on the request. She kept saying the same thing over and over to me. A guy next her heard what was being said and mentioned that we can ask the other service team to look into it. I thanked him and left. the next day I got a call from Mark in service he left a message that my car is done but only the oil change could be done the service team was too busy. I called back and after letting it ring for minutes a person in accounting picked up and asked what I needed then put me on hold for quite sometime then it went to voice mail. I left a message to mark that I had made this appointment two months ahead of time and they had plenty of time to get this scheduled with service. This is not acceptable and if my car is not done right I will let Ford motor company know about this. He never returned my call. I waited till Saturday 3/04/23 to pick the car up. And of course they didn’t do the window switch more the recall on the axel bolt. So here I go now I will let everyone know about how they treat their customers. I will go back to Way Scarff Ford in Auburn because they do the complete opposite of Ford of Kirkland. When I make an online service request someone calls me the next day to confirm and verify what I need done and reconfirms the appointment date. I have never had a problem at Auburn Ford. Now to let Ford Motor company know how this dealership treats its customers. Worst service I have ever had. More
They have an extremely active ecoms group that pads these review sites. Make sure to review the negative ones. They tend to be far more reflective the actual experience people are having. Especially people i review sites. Make sure to review the negative ones. They tend to be far more reflective the actual experience people are having. Especially people in the "special order" category. Have a weird habit of not providing necessary documentation to get the pricing they will verbally commit to and then turning it around on the customer. Heads they win, tails you lose. Everyone there is in the same boat, so don't fall for the good cop, bad cop thing. And don't believe for a minute Ford Corporate isn't fully aware of the shady things going on at Ford dealerships. They are complicit, and only concerned with protecting themselves legally and financially. Everything else is fair game. All the marketing shtick is there to lull you into a false sense of security. They are there to squeeze every last dime out of you. Short term greed reigns supreme. More
Went in to trade our 2011 Hyundai sonata for something more reliable. Honestly at first things didn't look too good but Geoff and Adrian were a couple of magicians and by the end of the day my wife and I more reliable.
