My problem isn't so much with the dealer, but with the product. I purchased a car 4 months ago, a 2020 Fusion with 40k miles, and I find that I have to spend $7k on a new transmission. I am extremely disappointed in the product and that the manufacturer won't stand behind it with a warranty. The service department was as professional as they could have been with the bad news, but bottom line, have your car serviced there if you own a Ford, but you'd be better off buying another make of car. This is the first Ford I've owned, and I will not be buying another. I'll stick with Honda, Toyota, or VW. More

Took my car there because they had the part I needed in stock. Did not communicate at all. Dropped the car off Thursday for an oil change and minor maintenance. Never heard anything from the dealer. I would recommend Ford of Latham for someone who needs service for their Ford. However I would not recommend buying a Ford vehicle. Ive owned a Fusion for 4 months.
