I feel like I was diagnosed wrong for repairs on my car. I had it towed in bc the message stated faulted transmission service soon. But they said it was a purge valve that was wrong and I needed brakes and I had it towed in bc the message stated faulted transmission service soon. But they said it was a purge valve that was wrong and I needed brakes and tires. So happy to hear it wasn't transmission bc I asked Tim and he said that it wasn't in our text message. I picked up the car on June 24th, to get 2 miles from the dealership and it did it all over again, pushing gas and didnt move, whining sound, rpms were reving and it jolted. Had to have a tow truck pick up bc now it had a burning smell and it said again, faulted transmission service soon. So now the tech says it is the transmission. I just paid about $1500 for previous and being told it was good bc he test drove it. I trusted them and now im looking at an extreme cost when I was told I was good and it possibly got worse than it was. My extended warranty expired end of 2025 per what I was told. I still owe 17000 bc I just got this car thru you guys 2.5 years ago. Its been so good till now. I just want to see what can be done. Like Goodwill Assistance. I still feel like this is a recall issue too per what ive seen. I've been renting a car out of pocket and its becoming impossible for me to keep up. I asked for a service/loaner car but non available. I would even look into trading with adjustments. More
