The overall service was fine, but they booked me for a mobile appointment, then called to say that there was no more space in the mobile schedule, so I had to bring it into be serviced. Fine, I scramble to find a ride to do drop off and pickup but nothing worked, so I had to Uber to be able to get it serviced, which is just an added cost because I needed the work done. Fine. However, after I dropped the truck off the mobile technician called because I was still on the schedule! This cost me time because I was going to be late to work so I needed to use PTO, as well as the money wasted on the Uber!! More
