Took my 2021 F150 in on Monday, 12/29/2025 for what I thought I needed brakes cause I had warning lights on the dash board. But found out there was some codes out dated and needed to be updated. Got that service and since my inspection was due in January I got it done on my visit. Which pass with flying colors. The brake pads are still great and everything that they check for a inspection was great. I love this new building of Latham Ford. I brought my truck in the old location which was nice place but this new place is tops. The people from the guy who check your vehicle in to the service person checking you on the computer to the mechanic looking at your vehicle and they send a video explain about what the check and found if anything then checking out the very nice, friendly and very helpful lady everyone get 5 stars from me a happy customer. More
Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Grayson who was very attentive to me and what I was looking for. He listened to everything I said and found a vehicle which fit what I needed! My salesman was Kwame Jarvis who was very friendly and personable. He made me feel comfortable with the whole process of buying a car. He even took the time when I picked the car up to sit in the car and go over all the features. He also programmed my phone into the car’s system - I’m not very tech savvy. Mike from the finance department was also wonderful. Very friendly and worked with me to get an extended warranty that fit my budget. Overall it was a very good experience!! I had a small issue with my driver side window. It would go up very slowly. I pulled into the service area and I was greeted by the service advisor immediately he told me he had seen this problem b It would go up very slowly. I pulled into the service area and I was greeted by the service advisor immediately he told me he had seen this problem before it was just dirt buildup in the window track he was able to clean my window and track and the window was working perfectly. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes tops I forgot to get the name of my service advisor I would definitely like to thank them again for an outstanding job. More
