My car had an emission problem. My car was there for 4 days. I was never offered a loaner car. Zero communication about my truck. Dropped it off first thing Thursday. Did not hear from them all day. Same thing happened had to call at the end of the day and scramble to pick up the truck before they closed because they still didn’t have anyone look at it yet but I was told it hadn’t been diagnosed fully yet. Don’t bother making an appointment they won’t honor it or make sure it’s the first thing done the next day More
