The sales person would not return my calls for 2 days and would only reply via text after asking her to call me. She did not reach out to me regarding setting up a time to get the car until i reached out to would only reply via text after asking her to call me. I put a deposit on the car over 2 weeks before I was going to be picking it up and told them from the beginning I had a specific day I can get it and was driving and hour away and missing time from work. I was told no problem. Then the day of I get a call 2 hours prior stating the car isn't ready and they can't get the monitors to run for inspection. The whole process start to finish has been an inconvenience with the lack of communication from the sales person to the fact they had over 2 weeks to get the car ready and didn't do that. They also did not wonder the paint pen for me, they jammed the exhaust in the trunk and damaged my driver rear door, the sold me the car without even cleaning it and sold ot to me with a chip in the windshield. I will not buy another car from here, I will not recommend anyone buy a car from here and I will not bring my car here for servicing. More

Battery issues are still not resolved. After a month of work, the resolution was not acceptable. A new Battery was installed-the 4th Battery in 2 years.
