Please read and be advised to stay far away from this very dishonest place. After purchasing a car for my daughter 6 months ago I had to come back to edit my original review. My 1st review was based on very dishonest place. After purchasing a car for my daughter 6 months ago I had to come back to edit my original review. My 1st review was based on the smoke and mirrors of a dishonest salesman and dealership. After explaining my situation Kwame my salesman ensured me with all his tricks and dishonesty that the car I was buying was perfect and I would have nothing to worry about. He also told if I had and issue call him and he would get it resolved. Well I began to have a loud noise coming from the motor I messaged my salesman about it and he dragged his feet to help me out. Well now I know it was due to the fact if I brought the car in when I wanted to it would of been covered under NYS lemon law. So anyway I brought the car into the shop where I was told it has a bad water pump and it would be 3000.00 to fix. Mind you this is a 2019 ford escape with 17000 milea on it. I talked to a few people there and my answer that I got from them all was to bad. My salesman ghosted me and no one there was willing to help with anything (even a discount or coupon for the work). So I took the car somewhere else and it cost me 2400.00 to fix the car (waterpump, timingbelt, new pullies, and other parts). I also found out that the rear trailing arms are bad as well. That will cost another 1000.00. I have only had the car for 6 months and already putting 3400.00 into it. What a joke. Be careful making purchases at Latham Ford. They will sell you the world and not follow through. Did not even offer a discount on the work. This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with and I will never purchase a car from them again. I left my original review on here so you can see where I started to where I went. After 20 years with doing business with another dealership I am happy to say I found a new home with Latham Ford. From the Sales Manager, Salesman, and Finance Department I have never been treated so good and fair. These folks are true No Nonsense folks that just want to help and give people an amazing experience to get them what they need. They have a huge selection and many options to choose from. I came in seeing a vehicle online and within 1hr we had a deal. Thats what all car dealerships should be like. All class act here and best dealership in the capital region. I will be back for many more vehicles in the future. More

Ron Draves was very personable and polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend his check-in with anyone. Also, another guy went and got my car, drove it in for me and then when I came to pick it up I would definitely recommend his check-in with anyone.
