I’ve been reading all of your responses to the less than stellar reviews and pretty much all sound the same. The thing of it is, you’re not solving any of the issues, they are all still happening over and o stellar reviews and pretty much all sound the same. The thing of it is, you’re not solving any of the issues, they are all still happening over and over again. Seems you are just responding to look like you are interested in solving people’s issues. It’s a shame I remember Latham Ford being a stellar company. You say you want to see what you can do after the fact. A known problem with the transmissions, appt was 3 days after warranty was up. Had you had more than one person able to make service appointments it would have been under warranty. The one person that takes appointments finally was available. By then my appointment date was after my transmission warranty was up. I don’t know what you can do now, I do know what you could’ve done More
What I'm referring to is that I showed up to lease a truck. Which unfortunately I did I ended up leasing a new f150 from you guys, after waiting there for about 4.5 hrs. On top of that I thought I was g truck. Which unfortunately I did I ended up leasing a new f150 from you guys, after waiting there for about 4.5 hrs. On top of that I thought I was good to go trading in my old truck, Grayson and nate said your all set nothing to worry about. Well that wasn't the case next day I get a phone call stating I had to pay more money to pay off my old truck. So jot only did I put down 4300 to lease the new truck the next day I to take more time out of my day and drive back to Cohoes to meet some used car dealer that you so called dealership works with and pay another 5300 do pay remaining balance off to credit union so I was squared away. Needless to say I had mentioned to Grayson that it would be nice for the inconvenience to get some extra reward points or somthing witch is nothing to him or I'm sure your dealership. Not one text back from him or the salesman nate which is expected after they have your money. Before I left that night they both told me you have nothing to worry about with your trade in your all set well I'm furious. I did call corporate at Ford and will not be stopping. I've leased my last 5 vehicles and this was the worsed experience I have ever had and will never recommend Latham ford to anyone. More
