Would not have anything to do with this dealership, they do not go to bat for you when there is a big problem and your warranty is 2 (two) days expired. Any other dealership would have back dated the servic do not go to bat for you when there is a big problem and your warranty is 2 (two) days expired. Any other dealership would have back dated the service date or fought with Ford to have it covered. More

Now that I know where you are it was hard to pull into the parking lot but otherwise the service was seamless. They took care of everything that was scheduled and the cost was less than I expected.
