I was first contacted my the dealer via email.I sent in my inquiry and 10 minutes later crystal had responded to my email. I have been very happy with my experience at Ford of Londonderry. I have leased two vehicles from this dealership. I found the salesman very knowledgeable and exremely helpful. I went in to check out some trucks and did take one for a test drive, it was nice. I was up front with the sales agent that I was out looking and that I had other dealerships to look at that day, then that a test drive, it was nice. So I went though everything with him, he was selling me the truck for $23,000 and when all was said and done it was going to cost me $25,000 plus go figure? I put down $300 to hold it and was while I went out and looked around, I found a much better deal and went with that dealership instead. I went back to get my money back and was met with a bad attitude and was told I would have to wait until Monday as the ladies in the office had gone for the day. I called Monday to see if it had been credited back to my account and was told by Bob yes they took care of it that morning and it would take 24 hours. I check with my bank Tuesday and they did not see any happening so I called back and was told once again that it was taken care of on Monday morning and would take four business days now! I finally got it back two days latter, the reicept had the date marked for Tuesday AM and not Monday like I was told twice. I hate being lied too and getting an attitude just because I went else where and got I MUCH beeter deal! I have family who've lived in Londonderry for over 45 years and we will never buy or recommmend this dealership to anyone. More

I went to Ford of Londonderry to inquire about purchasing a used or new vehicle. Immediately upon my arrival, one of the salesman, Jeff Brunini, introduced himself and asked how he could help. My past experiences with other dealers were that they were only interested in the sale and came across extremely pushy. Jeff Brunini enabled me to understand the options, but let me digest the information and make my own decisions. From start to finish, he made the process easy, and it was obvious that the entire team up there at Londonderry Ford were supportive and helped the whole process to go smoothly. I purchased an SUV shortly after my first visit, and have been going back to Ford of Londonderry for servicing of my vehicle ever since. Their service department is equally as impressive and helpful. Specifically, I deal with the manager, Michael Colotti, who is very knowledgable and always accomodating. Even for something as simple as an oil change, I take my vehicle back to this dealer because I know the job will done quickly and correctly. It is because they do such a good job that my SUV has been running perfectly for now nearly 3 years. More

I work for a Non Profit Organization and I had contacted Jeff Brunini their Internet Manager in regards to a Passenger Van that my company had been looking for. My company had a really tight budget to work with and Jeff had told me that they would go out and find me the vehicle that I needed in my price range. No other dealer would bother dealing with me when I told them that what I was looking for and my budget. They all played "old school" sales games and tried to get me into a vehicle that I could not afford. When I came in to meet with Jeff, he took me out on a test drive and went over all of the features and options on the vehicle. When we came back in, the Owner Jim McGovern sat down with us and said hello. I have never been into a car dealership where the Owner came over and said hello and wanted to make sure that my experience was the best it could have been. Needless to say, I got a great deal but even better service. I recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone that is out there looking for a vehicle. I found the vehicle I wanted on AutoTrader.com and it was listed at Ford of Londonderry. I spoke with Crystal, who set up an appointment with Salesman Tom Doyle. We arrived at the dealership and chatted with a couple of gentlemen who were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed to the Dealership. We later discovered that one of them was the actual owner of the Dealership, who likes to meeet people who come in. We then met with Tom and test drove the vehicle, which we were very impressed with it. Chuck in the Finance Department worked for three days to get me financed and Tom had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me to pick up just after Christmas. When we arrived to pick it up, Tom was with a customer and one of the other salesmen there gave us a seat until Tom was ready. Several salesmen chatted with us while we waited. We traded my vehicle in for the purchase. I discovered the next day I had left one of my favorite CD's in the traded car. When I called to find out if I could get it back, I was told Tom had found it and had already put it in the mail. My experience with this Dealership from start to finish was one of the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a car. It was well worth the trip from Kennebunk, Maine to Londonderry, NH. We will most certainly buy from them again and encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to start here!
